Rules and Regulations

1. Respect and Conduct

  • A. All attendees must treat each other with respect.
  • B. Racism, discrimination, sexual harassment, bullying, or any form of inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.
  • C. Offensive, aggressive or disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the premises.

2. Ages and Admission

  • A. The minimum age for admission is 18 years.
  • B. Visitors must show valid identification upon request by the organisation or bar staff.
  • C. The organisation reserves the right to refuse admission without giving reasons if this is deemed necessary in the interests of safety or order.
  • D. Visitors are not permitted to consume their own food and drink in the café; this also applies to personal water bottles or other drinking containers. Water is available free of charge at the bar.

3. Dresscode

  • A. The event is strictly an SFW Furry event; NSFW attributes and clothing are not permitted.
  • B. The following items and clothing are not permitted, but are not limited to: Pup hoods, latex, BDSM clothing, ABDL items, harnesses/harnesses, leashes, or other clothing and accessories for fetish purposes or with a clearly sexual character.
  • C. The following items and clothing are permitted: collars, crossdressing/femboy clothing, other fursuit characters, and associated accessories.
  • D. The organisation may and will refuse entry to guests who do not comply with the prescribed dress code.

4. Liability

  • A. Visitors are responsible for their own personal belongings.
  • B. The organisation is not liable for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings.
  • C. Persons who cause damage to property belonging to the café or third parties may be held liable for the costs.
  • D. The organisation is not liable for personal injury. Participation in the event is entirely at your own risk.

5. Policy and enforcement

  • A. Instructions from staff and the organisation must be followed at all times.
  • B. The organisation (‘Furry Fusion’ or its representatives) reserves the right to remove or refuse entry to visitors if this is deemed necessary in the interests of safety, order or atmosphere.
  • C. Violation of these rules may result in removal, temporary suspension or a permanent ban.

6. Other

  • A. By entering the event, the visitor agrees to these rules.
  • B. The organisation reserves the right to change these rules at any time without prior notice.
  • C. The organisation reserves the right to refuse entry to individuals who have repeatedly failed to attend, despite having obtained tickets for previous editions. If a participant is unable to attend, this must be reported to staff prior to the event.
